Today’s temptations with the #ribeye #steak and blackened #salmon at #GardenOn8 in @mediaonehotel
Blackening is a style of cooking that involves coating the fish / meat with butter and spices which is then treated over a high flame. Needless to say, the salmon tasted super delicious.
The steak was equally yum and brought great flavor to the table. I find the ribeye the perfect cut of steak. I’m sure everyone has a fav cut
For those that prefer to end their meal with a life size #cookie since regular desserts just won’t do it. To put it into perspective, this monster cookie at the newly launched GardenOn8 at @mediaonehotel is larger than my big head.
Comes topped with everything one can think of including marsh mellows. Yum!
