What was on our plate? The chia seeds puddings if you are more bent towards healthy.This treat is everything from delicious to healthy and super creamy as slices of fresh fruit, coconut milk, yoghurt and chia seeds meet together as one happy family leaving you to enjoy each and every bite. I for sure enjoyed this wholesome dish.
The arabic breakfast was one of my favorites basically containing egg shashouka which is poached eggs cooked simultaneously with harissa, smoked egg plant salad, labneh and sour dough.The saucy flavor was a delicious aspect, the eggs were well cooked and not too runny and the eggplant salad was perfect for the finishing touch.
Looking for a more complete breakfast, then the fume pan is the answer to your prayers with classic breakfast, served in a giant from eggs served of your choice to sausages, black mushroom, grilled tomatoes and hash browns. Though nothing about this dish did anything for me, it a great choice if you are looking to have a fulfilling breakfast and its great to take some insta worthy photos.
The Lotus pancakes stole my heart away as well my tummy, though this dish can easily be shared by two, as three pancakes are stacked on top of each other, with a large serving of Chantilly cream, lotus crumbs and dollops of peanut caramel sauce and a slice of banana. One bite and i promise you will already be busy delving into this sweet treat cutting out your next bite.
