Shangri-La Barr Al Jissah Resort & Spa welcomes Michelin-starred chef Theodor Falser to Italian fine-dining restaurant Capri Court from Friday 5 May until Wednesday 10 May 2017.
Serving an exquisite Michelin dining experience at Capri Court, Chef Theodor Falser, who has two Michelin star awards for his restaurant in Italy, is renowned for his brand of gourmet Italian cuisine using wild herbs and vegetables to create the traditional tastes and aromas from his native Italy.
The culinary highlight of Chef Theodor’s visit is on Friday 5 May with an exceptional seven course opening meal paired with a grape selection by Mr. Alessandro Vallecchi of Marchesi di Barolo Wineries.
Diners are also invited to join Chef Theodor’s extraordinary culinary journey at Capri Court, Shangri-La Barr Al Jissah Resort & Spa’s contemporary stylish Italian restaurant located in Al Bandar, from 6 – 10 May where his sumptuous à la carte menu will feature dishes such as Omani tuna tartare, pumpkin risotto, black ink tagliolini, beef cheek ravioli, lamb osso buco, mascarpone rhubarb and camomil crumble, and grapefruit gelatine.

He is always looking for the opportunity to add more ingenuity to his cuisine and is happy to learn and adapt from all countries where he has worked, and he now looks forward to bringing his ingenuity and culinary visions to Capri Court.
