There is nothing more fulfilling than a we opted for the healthy and hearty grand chicken caesar salad containing bite sized pieces of grilled chicken, cut anchovies, sprinkled with strips of parmesan cheese , crunchy cos lettuce with a dollop of caesar dressing and served with warm dough sticks on the side.
The super boost salad definitely boosted my appetite with tender pieces of chicken and roasted mixed bell peppers with a dose of red quinoa, wild rocket, chickpeas, lentil sprouts, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, parsley and pomegranate tossed with the special pizza express house dressing. The salad is full of freshness and flavor and a great source of protein, thanks to its ingredients . It can be easily shared by two as the portions are huge.
The gamberetti picante was a definite winner as king prawns are cooked in a passata sauce with a dash of spice, combined with cherry tomatoes, baby spinach, garlic and parsley with dough sticks served on the side.I could easily have a second serving of dish all to myself as the prawns are so succulent and the sauce works as a perfect complement.
The tagliatelle aragosta filled with copious amounts of lobster meat, asparagus, onions,garlic, a dash of sweet paprika and red chili married together in a lobster bisque sauce with a finishing touch of black caviar, chives and lemon. Although the flavor was good, i found the pasta slightly overcooked with the lobster meat , hard in nature.
Let your palate meet with the signature gourmet Aragota reale pizza – imagine chunks of lobster meat met with baby broccoli, marinated plump yellow cherry tomatoes sliced, a drizzle of buffalo mozzarella, creme fraiche, black caviar, chimes and lemon. The same case rests with the lobster meat being hard and lacking flavor, hence not giving justice to the various ingredients put in the pizza.
