Abu Dhabi always remains special to me and will always be as it has been my home from birth before i relocated to Dubai so the hilton property was not a new property to me- from school to work, we spent good and fond memories at Hilton at their restaurants as well as the beach closeby.
We checked into the Hilton Abu Dhabi property located on Corniche, 5 minutes away from Marina Mall and Emirates Palace and 15 minutes away is the exuberant Grand Mosque. We headed to Hilton for the weekend and all those memories came flooding by , taking in the view, the park close by, the corniche just located right opposite the hotel. We had chosen an executive room which also provides exclusive benefits such as complimentary breakfast and refreshments which can be enjoyed throughout the day at your own convenience. What wowed me about the room was how comfortable it looked from plush pillows to the seeping views of the city as well as crystal blue waters of the corniche with the UAE flag hoisted up high at a distance.
With three swimming pools located opposite the property, we could not resist having a splash of a time in the pools. Hilton boasts three temperature controlled swimming pools, a family pool and a children’s pool as well as a toddler’s pool. You can also take advantage of the fitness centre and spa for some pampering sessions or to tone yourself away at the gym and detoxify at the sauna or the steam. Working out an appetite after a great swimming session, we took a walk along the stretch of the private beach which was such a lovely sight to behold as pristine white sand and turquoise waters welcomed our sight,we sat on the sand until the sun set, which makes for such a romantic moment ladies!
All that walking had got our appetites working so we got ourselves glammed up for dinner at the italian restaurant, Bocca which blew us away with its romantic ambience and super amazing dishes sure to please your palate within moments.

Foodies are spoilt for choice as there are a selection of restaurants boasting various cuisines like Arabic, Asian, italian just to name some of a few. You can also enjoy afternoon tea at the cute Vienna cafe, which is the perfect relaxation spot on a lazy afternoon with its warm sofas and a whole number of books to leave yourself to some me time.
Though hilton is one of the oldest properties in Abu Dhabi, i never fail to stop and admire their gorgeous chandeliers which hang delicately from the ceiling in all its glamour. The lobby apart from having ample seating available has a lovely heritage painting located right across the lobby to make it a perfect instagrammable spot.
