A #bombshell of a #dessert. While the outer shell is purely made from #darkchocolate, I loved the inner core which had a sweet tasting #Japanese #whisky #mousse. The highlight of the evening dinner at #Umi was this #kingcrab leg in spicy tobiko sauce. . . I personally have seen lobsters at several restaurants but can't say the same about king crabs. One can easily fall in love with it over the lobster (which was my fav) . This thing right here is so full of crab meat and it's huge😘 . It's beautifully presented with grilled veggies and #wasabi #pilaf on the side .
