If you know me well you know my first choice of drink would be a cappuccino, so to my utter surprise, i found a semifreddo al cappuccino on the dessert menu, it had my interests piqued as hot milk foam dressed the cup with the crispy sweetness of italian meringues and speckled with hazel nut crumble. I love how this dessert has a slice of hot and cold and had a mousse like texture.
